DEINO uses minimal cookies. We do not use third-party tracking pixels for advertising. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is GDPR-compliant and does not use cookies. Below: what cookies we use and why.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They allow websites to remember information about your visit. Cookies can be:
- Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies: remain on your device for a set period.
- First-party cookies: set by the website you are visiting.
- Third-party cookies: set by a domain other than the one you are visiting.
Similar technologies (local storage, session storage) may also be used. This policy applies to all such technologies, which we collectively refer to as “cookies.”

What we do NOT use
We do not use:
- Advertising cookies. No Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar tracking pixels on our marketing site or product.
- Cross-site tracking. We do not participate in cross-site behavioral tracking.
- Third-party analytics with cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible Analytics) is cookieless and GDPR-compliant by design. It uses no personal identifiers and respects DNT (Do Not Track).
- Session replay. We do not record your interactions with our site.
- Marketing automation cookies. Our lifecycle email provider (Customer.io) uses cookies only when you click a link from one of our emails to identify you for that session — this is opt-in by virtue of email subscription.
Your choices
You have several options to control cookies:
- Cookie banner: on your first visit, we ask for consent to optional cookies. You can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie Preferences” link in our footer.
- Browser settings: most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via settings. Note that blocking required cookies will prevent you from logging in.
- Do Not Track: we respect DNT signals — when DNT is enabled, we do not load optional analytics (Plausible) at all.

Third-party services
When you interact with embedded third-party services (e.g., scheduling a demo via Calendly, watching a video on YouTube), those services may set their own cookies on your browser, subject to their own policies. We try to minimize these embeds and prefer self-hosted alternatives where practical.
Specifically:
- Calendly: used for demo bookings. See their privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: we self-host critical brand fonts where possible; otherwise served from fonts.googleapis.com. No tracking cookies, but Google logs the IP requesting the font.
- YouTube: if we embed videos, we use “youtube-nocookie.com” mode for privacy-enhanced embedding.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Material changes are notified by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The current version is always available at this URL.
- Does DEINO use advertising or tracking cookies?
- No. There are no Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar tracking pixels on the marketing site or product, and no cross-site behavioral tracking.
- What cookies does DEINO actually set?
- Only first-party cookies: deino_session and deino_csrf (required for authentication and CSRF protection), deino_consent (stores your consent choice), and the optional deino_prefs (UI preferences such as theme and language).
- Is the analytics provider cookieless?
- Yes. DEINO uses Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and GDPR-compliant by design, uses no personal identifiers, and respects Do Not Track. When DNT is enabled, optional analytics are not loaded at all.
